Blog Post #4 - Plans for Revision

My next step in my current organizational plan is to finish revising my literature review according to the feedback I received. After, I am going to try to condense my literature review as much as possible to be able to use it in my research proposal. My topic is an easy one to design a study around. In order to design a pamphlet, I need to understand what information is meant to be included and I can only know that if I received responses from the correct population. My main goal is to design a study that is ethically acceptable and won't be damaging to the participants. I believe that the perspective of survivors of CSA is the most important in order to understand the correct way to educate and prevent further abuse.

Your overall goal for your project is awesome. Spreading awareness for something that does not have a lot of attention is really great. It looks like you have a nice plan to make that happen too. What in the pamphlets will you be looking for?
Hi Kelsi,

You seem to be well on your way to finalizing your Research Proposal! I really like the thrust of your topic from the get-go as it is solidly anchored in our field (PTW). Good job and keep it up!!

As you clean up your Lit. Review based on previous feedback and work on your research methods, etc. keep in mind the focus of this investigation to assess how rhetorically effective is the use of the pamphlet itself in disseminating information on CSA to the public, etc.

Good luck and all the best!
